Our program is open to women ages 12 and up, all fitness levels, and whether you’re a beginner or have some experience in self-defense.
You’ll learn practical self-defense techniques, including how to break free from grabs/holds, deliver powerful strikes, and guard/protect yourself.
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed to be accessible and effective for beginners while still challenging for those with some background.
Your increased knowledge of awareness, prevention, how "bad guys" operate, as well as learning physical techniques, will give you more control of your personal safety.
We practice walking with confidence, responding to being approached by unknown strangers, and defending yourself during vulnerable situations.
Absolutely! This is a safe and encouraging environment where you can learn under the guidance of an experienced female instructor.
Our regular 5-week course takes place three times per year on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:30pm - during February/March, April/May, and September/October. Contact us for the current schedule.
Yes, we can do team-building events, family groups, or friends wanting to learn together. Our minimum group size is 6 participants. Maximum is 20.
Wear clothing that is comfortable for physical activity. No skirts or shorts. All necessary training equipment will be provided during the class. We recommend participants bring their own water bottle.
